About
I have always been interested in photography. I bought my first Canon DSLR Camera in 2005 when I was 20 and have rarely been seen without a camera since! I began by photographing landscapes and still life subjects but soon found myself taking photographs of friends and family members at various events. This developed into an interest in wedding photography when a friend asked me to photograph his wedding in Italy. I discovered I had a talent for capturing the relaxed, intimate moments at a wedding. I have undertaken three photography courses, including Photographing People. In addition, I have attended a tutored studio day. Over the last two years, I have worked as an assistant to a local wedding photographer. Together we have covered 10 weddings in 2010 and three so far in 2011. I specialise in the photojournalistic wedding style. My photographs are less formal, capturing the natural, unstaged moments of weddings. The best images are often those taken when the bride and groom do not know that they are being photographed. I also understand the importance of organised group shots; before your Big Day, I will meet with you to discuss your requirements. |
